Advertisement Deadlines:
A Noise Within prints its playbill twice each year--in August and February. Deadlines are as follows:
August 1, 2008:
Runs September 2008-May2009
(theatre is dark January-February)
February 2, 2009:
Runs March 2009-December 2010
(theatre is dark June-August)
Payment & Cancellation Policy:
Full payment is due by the advertisement deadline. Cancellations must be received in writing by the advertisement deadline in order to receive a refund. All cancellations are subject to a $50 processing fee.
Guidelines:
Advertisements are subject to acceptance as to character, layout, text and design. Only print ready electronic files will be accepted. Electronic file must be accompanied by a hardcopy proof.
Files must be 300 dpi and saved in one of the following formats: Quark, Tiff, EPS or PDF. Please include all necessary fonts and linked files.
