Sean Spann works as a teacher, actor, director, and dialect/accent coach in Los Angeles, CA. He’s coached dialects/accents for The Harold Clurman Lab Theatre, La Mirada Playhouse, and A Noise Within. He frequently works as an actor with the New Swan Shakespeare Festival in Irvine CA, including roles as Oberon and Theseus in separate productions of A Midsummer Night’s Dream, Polixines in The Winter’s Tale, Antonio in The Merchant of Venice, and Brutus in Julius Caesar. Other LA Theatre credits include roles in Bad Apples with Circle X Theatre, Secret in the Wings with Coeurage Theatre, and Road to Nirvana with The Harold Clurman Lab Theatre. TV credits include roles in The People vs O.J. Simpson, Shameless, American Woman, Jane the Virgin, and The Mentalist. Film credits include The Little Things (in theatres 10/20/20). Sean is the Head of Voice/Speech at Art of Acting Studio, and teaches Speech, Movement, Acting, and Shakespeare at Studio School, Los Angeles. He holds a BFA in Acting from the University of Evansville and an MFA in Acting from UC-Irvine.
