Teen Monologue Festival Application Form

Thank you for your interest in applying for the The Show Must Go On Teen Monologue Festival!

Step 1:	Using the application form below, participants will submit their proposed monologue playwright and play title by Friday, September 27.
Step 2:	Participants will receive instructions on how to submit their self-tape audition. Participants must submit their self-tape audition by Friday, October 4.
Step 3:	10 finalists will be announced on Thursday, October 10.
