Whether its comedy or drama, you always know Maria Russell is in the house…she’s very loud. This self-proclaimed Mexiuanian; you know… Mexican and Lithuanian, is a proud native Angeleno! You know Maria from some of her memorable characters on the hit shows: Teen Wolf, Southland, Criminal Minds, Major Crimes, It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia, CSI, The Bold and the Beautiful, and the box office horror hit Lights Out. You can see her in the #1 new comedy show on cable, truTV’s Tacoma FD with the legendary cult comedy troupe Broken Lizard. She recurs as Lt. Liz Salazar, and it just got picked up for Season 2!  You can also catch her this fall on CBS’ Why Women Kill as Sandy, the wealthy, boozy, fresh out of rehab diva. Maria is an accomplished salsa dancer and teacher… she came out of the womb dancing!  Her dance background is in Classical ballet, jazz and hip hop.  She is obsessed with Bananas Foster, Prince, horror movies and animals, especially her fur baby…Boris.
