Sarah Gonzalez, Patron Services Associate

Sarah Gonzalez had a passion for storytelling instilled in her by a family filled with musicians, writers, actors and artists. Constantly reading, attending plays, writing her own works and participating in table-top role-playing games, Sarah has always been sure that stories were meant to play a pivotal role in her professional and personal lives; a certainty that was only reinforced when she was first introduced to A Noise Within as a college student attending the theater’s production of The Tempest. Soon after graduation, Sarah obtained an internship with the theater and immediately fell in love with the work A Noise Within was striving to do.

Sarah comes to A Noise Within with extensive experience in customer service with the Whittier Public Library and administrative support with the Florida Department of Revenue’s Los Angeles Service Center. Sarah’s background includes high school theater, a B.A. in English with an emphasis in Creative Writing, a love for writing lyrics and an enthusiasm for rolling dice in table-top role-playing games. Sarah is beyond ecstatic to join the team at A Noise Within and do her part to ensure stories continue to be told in new, vibrant ways.
